Australias Fling for Logan South Queensland Region Highland Dancing inc organised what they hope was be Australian's Largest Highland Fling.The event took place in conjunction with the Champion of Champions of Australia Championship on April 4 2010, Caloundra Sports Complex, North Street, Caloundra, QLD. Funds raised were allocated between to Logan and also the Duchenne Charity. The event, which attracted an astonishing 411 dancers (of all ages) raised more than $1,500. Our thanks go to the SQRHDI for this event and the the publicity, not forgetting the funds, that it raised. |
